How Do I Start Selling My Pallets?

Follow these steps to start getting paid for your used pallets!

Take Photos of Your Pallets
Once you’ve called or submitted your initial pickup request, we’ll reach out to discuss your quote and request photos of your pallets.

Let Us Handle the Logistics
When your pallet specifications have been confirmed and all required documents are in order, we will arrange for pickup.

Prepare for Pickup
A third party carrier will arrive at your site on the scheduled pickup date. Please ensure that your pallets are stacked and prepared for shipment.

Get Paid
Once the shipment is complete and the items have been inspected, we will issue payment for each acceptable pallet at the agreed-upon price.

Pallet Expectations

In order for us to purchase your pallets, they must maintain their full structural integrity and be free of the following:

  • Broken deckboards
  • Rot or moss
  • Hanging nails
  • Cracked stringers
  • Custom sizes and assembly
  • Weathering
  • Mixed/unsorted sizes
  • Improper stacking
  • Plywood
  • CHEP or PECO

Clear, high-quality photos make it easier for us to accurately assess your used wood pallets. They help us evaluate key factors like condition, dimensions, and structural integrity.

Be sure to capture images from multiple angles—including the top, bottom, and sides—and highlight any visible damage or repairs. This allows us to provide a faster, more accurate quote.
