Checks or ACH are typically issued within three to four weeks. Depending on the circumstances, we can work with you on payment.
What is the minimum quantity of Gaylord boxes I can recycle?
The smallest quantity we can recycle is 50 Gaylord boxes.
How fast can you remove my boxes?
Generally, it will take 2-7 business days to perform a pickup. This is dependent on the qty you’re asking us to recycle. For lower quantities expect at least a 7 to 10 business day window. 25 gaylords boxes are NOT worth $500.00 in freight, so please be patience
How should I prepare my boxes?
This depends on the number of boxes, the box type, dimensions, and wall count. We require our vendors to lay the gaylords flat on a pallet and strap them.
How many 4 Wall or 5 Wall Gaylords fit on a pallet?
4 to 5 Wall – 25 Gaylords per skid
How many 2 Wall or 3 Wall Gaylords fit on a pallet?
2 to 3 Wall – 50 Gaylords per skid
How much are my boxes worth?
The value of your boxes depends on the condition, box type, location, etc. We are unable to give you a dollar amount until we receive pictures of the physical box you are looking to recycle. For example, boxes that are less than 36″ in height or used more than once are not as desirable due to quality and height restrictions.
What are your box requirements?
If your boxes do not maintain their structural integrity, they will not be able to be recycled.
What are some examples of gaylord boxes you recycle?

Do you recycle gaylords with cut panels?
It's rare for us to do so. Your location, however, may influence what we can do for you.
Do you recycle gaylords that have been ripped or torn?
This can vary depending on how severe the tare is, where it is located on the gaylord, and how many gaylords suffer the same problem. We are likely to recycle them. We'll need photos of your Gaylords in order to decide whether to recycle them.
Are you recycling boxes that once contained meat?
We usually avoid boxes that contained chicken slurry, packaged meat, or organic products that are not dry goods.
Do we accept loose gaylord boxes?
Unpalletized boxes cannot be accepted.
Can you recycle produce boxes?
In fact, we are especially interested in recycling cabbage, pumpkin, and other produce boxes.

Box Type
Do all of your boxes have the same bottom style & shape? Do they all have the same dimensions? These questions aren't for you if you're generating just one type of box.
We would appreciate it if you could sort your boxes if you have a mix of bottom styles and dimensions. As it makes our job easier. Due to this, it is crucial to be transparent about your boxes.
Stacking Your Gaylords
Stack the boxes alternately 180 degrees each time to maintain uniform stacks and protect the condition of the bottom flaps. You can also fold the flaps so that they do not hang off.
Boxes Per Skid
We recommend stacking 25 to 50 gaylords per skid. An ideal height for boxes stacked on a pallet is 40" to 50".
Structural Integrity
All boxes must maintain their full structural integrity, and may not have or be applicable to any of the following:
We are unable to accept boxes with signs of residue and we won’t be able to pay you for them. Because of this, it is important to make sure that each and every box is free of all residue or contamination. Any pellet, compound, or food residue must be cleaned off of each box.
