How Do I Start Selling My IBC Totes?

Follow these easy steps to start selling!

Take Photos of Your Containers
Once you’ve called or submitted your initial pickup request, we’ll reach out to discuss your quote and request photos of your IBCs.

Let Us Handle the Logistics
When your tote specifications have been confirmed and all required documents are in order, we will arrange for pickup.

Prepare for Pickup
A third party carrier will arrive at your site on the scheduled pickup date. Please ensure that your containers are stacked and prepared for shipment.

Get Paid
Once the shipment is complete and the IBCs have been inspected, we will issue payment for each acceptable container at the agreed-upon price.

Container Expectations

To be eligible for purchase, all containers must be structurally sound and meet the following criteria. We cannot accept containers with:

  • Cracks or damage to the inner tank
  • Severe oxidation or rust on the cage or components
  • Discoloration or staining inside the bottle
  • Major structural deformities or compromised frames
  • Wooden pallets (only plastic or metal bases accepted)
  • More than 5 gallons of residual product

Maintaining these standards helps ensure safe reuse and compliance with industry regulations.

Non-RCRA Empty Totes

Containers classified as Non-RCRA empty totes will not be accepted. They will be rejected at the dock and returned to you at your expense.

Take Photos of Your Totes

To ensure accurate evaluation, please provide clear photos of the following:

  • The interior of one tote
  • A close-up of a valve
  • A group shot of all totes being sold

Additionally, include photos or copies of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for previous contents to verify safe handling and compliance.
