Getting Started

How do I start selling my Pallets?

First, you must complete the pallet form in order to sell your pallets. Our goal is to learn what kind of pallets you produce each month and how many you produce.

Who do we buy from?

Manufacturers of all sizes, recyclers, and pallets brokers

How do I get paid?

Payment is net 30 to all our vendors, but the circumstances vary from one to another. Providing us with terms allows us to better serve you.

What is the minimum quantity of pallets I can sell?

100 pallets at a time.

How fast can you remove my pallets?

Pallets are typically matched with customers within 5-7 business days. While we can get them off of your hands by tomorrow, we may not be able to offer you the highest rebate possible.

How much are my pallets worth?

Several factors affect the value of your pallet, including its condition, pallet type, and location. Upon receiving pictures of your pallets, an account manager will contact you to discuss this with you.

Do we provide other services?

We are a reuse company, so if there are any other items in your waste stream such as pallets, IBC totes, slip sheets or super sacks let us know! We’d be happy to help find a second life for more of your waste.

The Pickup Process

Step 1: Confirmation Call

Upon filling out all of the necessary information and uploading your pictures, along with the dimensions of your pallets, we’ll contact you to confirm and review your submission. During this time, we’ll clarify any questions you have and go over your needs.

Step 4: P.O. And BOL.

Prior to sending our truck or letting a customer pick up the pallets, we will confirm everything with you. Our order and bill of lading will be sent to you (via email), and if the customer is picking them up, you’ll be contacted directly by them.

Step 5: Signed B.O.L. And Invoice

Please send us a copy of the signed bill of lading and invoice after your pallets are picked up and you will be paid promptly.

Step 6: Inventory Check Ins

In the future, we may contact you bi-weekly about inventory updates. With a better understanding of how many pallets you have, we can provide quick and efficient service.
