Return and Refund Policy

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to IBC tote recycling, 1616 N Bosworth Chicago IL 60642. Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to Verde Trader, accessible from https://verdetrader.com/
  • You mean the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order anytime before the goods have been shipped without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order must be before the product is shipped, otherwise you will still be liable for payment.  

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 5-7 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Refunds

After receiving photos of the product and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return if deemed needed. Please allow at least three business days from the receipt of your item to process your refund. Refunds may take up to 2-3 business days to process, depending on your credit card company it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles. If an order is only partially fulfilled, you will be reimbursed for the remaining amount. We will notify when your refund has been processed. 

Method of Refund

All refunds will be returned via the method of payment, we do not issue credit on our website. 

How to request a return or a refund

A refund can be requested by emailing accounting@mrawasteexchange.com, all emails regarding refunds must contain our invoice number in the subject line and details on why a refund should be issued with pictures included.  

Refunds will be processed on our end and you will be notified via email when the refund transaction is complete. 

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were delivered within the last 24 hours and proof of damage or the product was not the agreed upon specification.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

First, contact us!

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in shipment. Therefore, We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received delivery.

Returning Good once received

Once delivered and unloaded goods can not be returned, unless meet the conditions of return listed above.

General

If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.
